Financial development and investment

The data set accompanies the study on financial development and investment via panel VAR approach. 31 low income Sub-Saharan African countries are selected for the study. The data set for financial development index, financial institutions index, financial market index, general government investment, and private investment are taken from the IMF database. Data on FDI inflow for the study was taken from the World Bank database. The dataset includes the original data and their transformed logarithms.
