This data set was collected during organoleptic testing exercise in Hoima ,Uganda where farmers provided feedback on sensory attributes such as aroma, taste, color, texture and general acceptability. Finger millet products include Bushera, Hot porridge, Kalo, Malwa and Kwete. Bean product include bean sauce. Each of the tested products had specific attributes evaluated. Coded samples of a particular product were served one at a time per session in random order. Farmers ranked performance of varieties based on products using a scoring scale range between 1 to 5, where 1=Very poor, 2=Poor, 3=Fair, 4=Good and lastly, 5=Very good.
