Severe flooding across a large swath of Somalia has left more than a quarter of a million people searching for shelter. FAO Somalia, through its Somalia Water and Land Information Management (SWALIM) project (funded by EU), is closely following the development of a flood occurring in Beledweyne town and along the Shabelle riverine area.
