The presentation was given at the Kick-off Meeting of the National Academic Digital Repository of Ethiopia (NADRE) project, which was held in Addis Ababa on February 19-22, 2018. Open Science concept is explained and Open Access and Open Data paradigms are discussed to fully adopt it. How Open Data and Open Science can enable Open Innovation is also addressed.
