Full eQTL summary statistics for the PAUSE trial

This dataset contains full eQTL summary statistics for the study 'Immunosuppression causes dynamic changes in expression QTLs in psoriatic skin' (Nat.Comm., 2023). The study analyzes 375 skin samples from patients with psoriasis. For each SNP-gene pair, the dataset provides information listed below.
