GAM(M)-MAP v1.0 — Initial Release

This is the initial release of the GAM(M)-MAP framework, an interactive Shiny dashboard for malaria–climate analytics in Ghana. It provides a complete workflow for exploring descriptive statistics, temporal patterns, and advanced modelling using Generalised Additive Models (GAMs) and Generalised Additive Mixed Models (GAMMs).

Key features in this release:

Basic Analysis: Annual, overall, correlation, map view, and region comparison panels.

GAM Analysis: Estimates, diagnostics, plots, and regional summaries.

Model Validity: Per‑region validity checks and concurvity diagnostics.

GAMM Analysis: Extended inference with correlation structures.

Interactive visualisations with maps, charts, and tables.
