This deposit includes draft genome assemblies of Enterobacter roggenkampii and Enterobacter asburiae isolates from the Enterobacter cloacae complex, from Ghana. The project involves whole-genome sequencing and comparative genomic analysis of the isolates, and characterization of antimicrobial resistance determinants, iron metabolism and acquisition systems, virulence factors, and other adaptive traits associated with pathogenicity, contributing to a broader understanding of the clinical significance of the Enterobacter cloacae complex.
