The annotatted genome of Bradyrhizobium diazoefficiens WB74 was created using KBase to decipher the various genes and gene functions of this nitrogen fixing rhizobium, a  microsymbiont of soybean in South Africa. The rhizobium is widely used as a commercial inoculant in soybean cultivation for improved yield and protien content.
