Geopolitical Multipolarity and the Homo-AI Convergence: A Global South Perspective on Systemic Transformation (Version 1.0)

This working paper introduces revolutionary frameworks for understanding how artificial intelligence transforms international competition beyond traditional balance-of-power theory. The analysis presents "AI-Multipolarity" theory demonstrating how power operates through information networks rather than territorial control, and "Cognitive Colonization" frameworks identifying new forms of imperial control targeting consciousness itself. Drawing from African Ubuntu philosophy integrated with contemporary International Relations theory, the paper provides post-Western alternatives for AI governance that transcend individualistic assumptions. The research examines recent developments including the Shanghai Cooperation Organization 2025 and European defense policies through innovative theoretical lenses, proposing Ubuntu-informed governance mechanisms for posthuman international relations. This preliminary version establishes theoretical priority while empirical validation and methodological enhancement continue.
