
Ghala, the Literary Supplement of the East Africa Journal, was originally published as a “Special Issue on Creative Writing” in September 1967, January and July 1968 (when the title Ghala first appeared), before becoming Ghala, A Literary Supplement, published twice a year (in January and June) between 1969 and 1971, and three times a year (January, June and December) in 1972.
This dataset is based on the archives of the magazine found at the Humathèque, Campus Condorcet, Aubervilliers, France.
It lists the content of the magazine, along with bio-bibliographical information about the authors, as found in the biographical notes included in the pages of the magazines.
