"This dataset presents foundational research that led to the development of the GIFT\u2013GAJA Crisis Cycle Framework and GIFT\u2013GAJA Threat Modeling methodology for human-centric cybersecurity analysis. The study examines the Fifth Domain (people), focusing on workplace misconduct, behavioral vulnerabilities, and methods for threat modeling insider threat actors within Medical Cyber-Physical Systems (MCPS) used in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) environments in the United States and Nigeria. It further explores how behavioral, organizational, competency-based indicators, and the Employee Misconduct Index (EMI) can be used to evaluate and develop threat visibility maps for identifying insider threat escalation, operational risks, and healthcare cybersecurity exposure."
