It bridges the data gap regarding Artificial Intelligence (AI) readiness in East Africa, utilizing the Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice (KAP) framework. The dashboard moves beyond simple statistics to provide Geospatial Intelligence and Statistical Triangulation, revealing that the primary barrier to AI adoption is not "awareness" but "infrastructure." **Live Dashboard** Click the link to view the Interactive Dashboard : appaipy-ggv5p4sbemcayf8a2b8… **Key Insights (The "Fear Paradox")** Our analysis reveals three critical insights for the National Digital Health Strategy: 1. **High Adoption, High Anxiety:** While 53.5% of respondents use validated AI tools, 33% fear job displacement. Surprisingly, this fear is positively correlated with higher AI literacy. 2. **The "Hidden Readiness":** Geospatial mapping shows that adoption is not centralized in the capital. Regions like Sidama (63%) and Harari (62.5%) outperform expectations, challenging the narrative that digital health is solely a capital-city phenomenon. 3. **The Knowledge-Practice Gap:** Statistical triangulation exposes a weak correlation (r=0.14) between knowing AI concepts and using them.
