## Project Overview
Customer retention is one of the biggest challenges in Nigeria's highly competitive telecommunications industry. With operators such as MTN, Airtel, Glo, and 9mobile competing for the same customers, understanding why customers leave and which customer segments are most at risk is critical to protecting revenue.
The **MTN Nigeria Customer Churn Intelligence Dashboard** is an interactive Power BI project developed to analyze customer churn across demographics, devices, subscription plans, revenue, geography, customer satisfaction, and churn reasons.
The analysis uses a dataset containing **496 customers** and transforms customer-level data into an executive-ready dashboard designed to help stakeholders identify churn drivers and prioritize retention strategies.
