The Akan people of Ghana frequently name their children after the day of the week they were born and the order in which they were born. # Akan Name web application It performs the day whe a person is born and returns his Akan name, 19 July 2019. ## Author Agnes Nyiramisigaro ## Description The Akan people of Ghana frequently name their children after the day of the week they were born and the order in which they were born. ## Setup/Installation Requirements * find code editor * get ubuntu or any other terminal to use * cd Documents * cd BOOTSTRAP * cd Akan-Names * git clone github.com * code . ## Behavior Driven Development Users enter their birthdate and gender and the app calculates the day they were born and according to their gender, they get to know their Akan name. ### Input Select the birthdate through calendar and choose gender. ### Output It displays the day the user has born and the corresponding Akan name after clicking on submit button. ## Technologies Used This application was done using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and Javascript. ## Support and contact details For any issues or questions, ideas or concern, please contact me on my e-mail: aggyreina@gmail.com.
