Connect With Me --- ## 📌 Executive Summary Red Dot Relief was a community health initiative dedicated to addressing period poverty and promoting menstrual hygiene awareness among adolescent girls in the Ede community, Osun State, Nigeria. The project reached over 300 female students across two schools: Ede Community High School and Ansar-ul-Deen Islam High School, providing both menstrual hygiene products and structured health education. A mixed-methods investigation combined **quantitative descriptive analysis** and **Reflexive Thematic Analysis (RTA)** following Braun and Clarke's six-phase framework. The study assessed menstrual health knowledge, attitudes, and practices across two groups: **pre-menstruators** (N = 151) and **menstruators** (N = 207), with a post-intervention menstrual self-efficacy assessment (N = 177). The core research questions were: what do these girls know about menstruation, how do they experience it, what restricts them, and what does their environment provide or fail to provide? The findings reveal a culturally coherent but knowledge-constrained system of menstrual management.
