Create a Render Web Service from the GitHub repo:
- Runtime: Node
- Build command: `npm install`
- Start command: `npm start`
- Environment variable: `OPENAI_API_KEY`
The server listens on `0.0.0.0` and uses Render's `PORT` variable.
