A work-in-progress of implementing a locally developed random forest model from Rwanda into Chap # Rwanda random forest model integrated with Chap The repository is work-in-progress for integrating a Rwanda random forest model into Chap for forecasting malaria for each district. Note: pyenv is currently not used, the dependencies are insteas handled by the docker image in the MLproject file.
