The main input data as well as data to reduce the runtime (Random Forest predictions produced in c2_random_forest.R) were shared with the MGH admin team as to not be hosted on GitHub. Please place the main input data in the code\in_data folder and the predictions data in the code\out_data folder inside a loo_folds folder to avoid the 48 hour Random Forest run.
