Findings show that internet-based awareness dominates knowledge acquisition, while reliability and cost savings are the strongest adoption drivers. Despite high perceived costs, users report high satisfaction and strong recommendation behaviour due to improved electricity stability. A binomial generalized linear model confirms that reliability significantly increases adoption intention while cost negatively influences adoption probability.
