Set Up the Google Sheet 1. **Create Sheet**: Go to sheets.google.com and create a new spreadsheet. Name it `Kenya_Sales_Agent_DB`. 2. **Create Tabs**: Create two tabs (worksheets) at the bottom named exactly `Prospects` and `Tenders`. 3. **Add Headers**: Copy the column headers from the Data Schema section above into the first row of each respective sheet. 4. **Get URL**: Copy the URL of your Google Sheet and paste it into the `GSHEET_URL` variable in `main.py`. ### 2. Configure Google Cloud & Service Account This agent needs API access to your Google Sheet. 1. **Enable APIs**: Go to the Google Cloud Console. - Create a new project (e.g., "Sales Agent Project"). - Go to "APIs & Services" -> "Library". - Search for and **enable** the **Google Drive API** and the **Google Sheets API**. 2. **Create Service Account**: - Go to "APIs & Services" -> "Credentials". - Click "Create Credentials" -> "Service account". - Give it a name (e.g., `sheets-editor`) and click "Create and Continue". - Grant it the **Editor** role. - Click "Done". 3. **Generate JSON Key**: - Find your new service account on the Credentials page …
