This study would be of importance specifically to Ministry of Health and Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI). The finding will equip the top level managers such as Cabinet Secretary, Permanent Secretary and Director General KEMRI with the tool for analysis of COVID-19 case in predicting future cases. It would sensitize the capability of Machine Learning in the medical profession in order to make informed decision and ensure smooth handling of pandemics. It would also be of interest to both the national and county governments as a strategic too that plays a role in the determination of policies to be adapted and financing to be allocated to a pandemic.
