Despite having access to various data sources, they lack integrated, actionable insights that combine real-time market prices, weather forecasts, soil conditions, and best practices in a simple, offline-capable mobile platform. ### The 5 Whys Analysis **Why do smallholder farmers have poor yields?** → They lack timely, localized agricultural advice and information. **Why do they lack this advice?** → Agricultural data exists but is not integrated into channels farmers actually use. **Why isn't data integrated into farmer channels?** → Existing tools assume farmers have smartphones and constant internet access. **Why are these tools inaccessible?** → Platforms are too technical, not in local languages (Kinyarwanda), and require digital literacy. **Why do these solutions fail to scale?** → They require stable internet, digital literacy, and don't work offline. **→ Our Solution:** AgriIntel Rwanda addresses each root cause with voice-first, offline-capable, Kinyarwanda-language agricultural intelligence. ## 💡 Solution Overview AgriIntel Rwanda is a WhatsApp-integrated farming assistant that provides personalized crop advice, market prices, and weather alerts using simple voice messages and images.
