The system connects every administrative level of the health system: - **National Admin** — oversees the entire immunization program. - **Regional Officers** — manage districts within their region. - **District Officers** — supervise health facilities in their district. - **Facility Managers** — run their facility and manage health workers. - **Health Workers** — register children, administer vaccines, and follow up.
