**Ward-level civic service delivery intelligence platform for Zimbabwe.**
WardPulse turns anonymous citizen reports into public accountability. Citizens report service delivery failures — water, roads, sanitation, waste — directly from their phones. Reports are geotagged to wards, scored, graded, and displayed on public dashboards that councillors, journalists, NGOs, and donors can all see.
