As a **Data Analyst / Mentor** on this project, I developed this script to handle the end-to-end data workflow. ## Key Features of the Script: * **Data Cleaning & Pre-processing:** Handling raw datasets and ensuring data integrity for analysis. * **Economic Evaluation:** Implementing cost-effectiveness models and calculating key metrics. * **Data Visualization:** Generating high-quality graphs and tables for scholarly publication (using `ggplot2` and other R packages). * **Statistical Modeling:** Performing sensitivity analysis and other statistical tests relevant to the study. ## Technologies Used: * **R Language** * **Key Packages:** `tidyverse`, `ggplot2`, and other specialized libraries for economic evaluation. ## Acknowledgments This work was part of a scholarly collaboration for a research paper submitted to the *BMC Cost Effectiveness and Resource Allocation* journal.
