InternGuide turns them into a verified, searchable public record: 1. A student uploads proof they interned somewhere (offer letter or certificate). 2. An admin checks the proof, then the file is deleted. Only a green Verified badge remains. 3. The verified student rates the company across four categories, and the review goes public after moderation.
