What they share is more specific: each represents a language community where Islamic presence is real, active, and growing — and where structured Islamic digital content access remains underdeveloped relative to community need. --- ## Why this repository exists Not every repository cluster is built on geographic continuity or linguistic family. Some clusters are built on development priority.
