This triggers disease outbreaks and forces girls out of school. The White and Black Volta basin communities have: - No early warning system - No coordination between communities and waste collectors - High groundwater tables and fragile savannah soils ## 💡 The Solution FloodSafe WASH manages waste across the entire chain: 🚽 Containment → 🚛 Transport → 🏭 Treatment → 🌾 Reuse ## 📱 How It Works 1. Caretaker dials USSD code on any basic phone 2. Reports toilet fill level (75%, 90%, Overflowing) 3. Weather data triggers flood alert 48hrs before rain 4. Nearest waste collector receives SMS dispatch 5.
