Copy environment variables: - `cp backend/.env.example backend/.env` - `cp frontend/.env.example frontend/.env` 2. Install dependencies: - `npm install` 3. Run database initialization: - `psql < backend/db/init.sql` 4. Start both apps locally: - `npm run dev` ## Deploy The repository includes a Vercel configuration at `vercel.json` and a GitHub Actions pipeline at `.github/workflows/ci.yml`.
