Offline autonomous operations assistant for inventory-led African SMEs
# Ruhu Operator
Ruhu Operator is an offline autonomous operations assistant for inventory-led African SMEs. It starts with FMCG wholesalers and small distributors, mini-markets and established provision shops, hardware/electrical/building-material dealers, and automotive-parts dealers. It runs on an ordinary laptop, reads business records through named local Data Connections for POS exports, CSV, XLSX, or SQLite, executes owner-approved standing programs through LangGraph, delegates bounded work to role-scoped agents, calls validated local tools, and brings approvals, blocking questions, exceptions, and important results into one Attention Inbox. Trade Operations is the Gate 1 competition baseline; the bundled Office Operations pack adds selected-document review and local DOCX/XLSX/PDF preparation without unrestricted desktop access.
**Product form:** a local web application launched from the desktop or terminal. The launcher starts the local `llama.cpp` model server and the Ruhu application server, then opens the interface in the user's browser. No application or business data is sent to a cloud service.
