It connects three actors in a single, closed-loop value chain: - **Urban Households** sort and schedule waste for collection, earning digital vouchers (CRF Credits) for every verified kilogram deposited. - **Smallholder Farmers** purchase processed organic manure from a digital marketplace using those vouchers or cash on delivery. - **Collection Drivers** manage daily routes, confirm pickups via a mobile interface, and trigger automated credit issuance to households.
