It bridges the healthcare access gap for youth and students across Cameroon by combining affordable health coverage (10,000 XAF annual premium) with a savings/investment scheme for healthy students and a comprehensive preventive health education programme. The platform digitizes the entire student healthcare lifecycle—from enrolment and mobile money premium collection to claims processing, investment payouts, and donor-level impact reporting. ## Key Capabilities - **Student & Membership Management:** Digital registration, institutional roster verification, and automated membership lifecycle tracking. - **Mobile Money Integration:** Seamless premium collection via MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money APIs. - **Claims Processing:** Digital claim submission by accredited providers, automated routing, and a 5-day SLA adjudication workflow. - **Investment/Savings Scheme:** Automated eligibility determination for healthy/non-claiming students, opt-in management, and ROI tracking. - **Preventive Health Campaigns:** Event planning, GPS-based attendance tracking, and post-event satisfaction surveys. - **M&E (GLOSHIP) Dashboard:** Real-time KPI tracking, offline data capture for field agents, and automated mid-term/final donor reports. - **Bilingual Support:** Full English and French (EN/FR) localization across all UI, notifications, and reports. ## Architecture & Tech Stack The system is built as a **Modular Monolith** following **Domain-Driven Design (DDD)** principles, ensuring operational simplicity for the pilot phase while preserving a clear migration path to microservices. ### Backend - **Fra …
