Server still validates and will enforce non-empty uploads server-side where required. - Donors can now provide an `applicationLink` when creating an opportunity. If present, the opportunity detail shows an "Apply Externally" button that opens the link. - Apply UX: the Apply button is visible to Youth users but disabled until their verification status is `VERIFIED`. The backend also enforces verification when creating applications (defense-in-depth). - Admins can schedule field visits and the system will attempt to auto-assign nearby Field Agents (by camp → community → country) or use a preferred agent if provided.
