Bekwarra + English speech service # Dialingua voice Bekwarra and English speech as downloadable WAV, on Render's free tier. Serves `facebook/mms-tts-bkv` — Meta's real Bekwarra voice model — instead of the browser's English `speechSynthesis`, which applies English phonetics to Bekwarra spelling and cannot be saved to a file. Models are **not** quantised. int8 would save ~80 MB and audibly degrade a vocoder; the point of this service is that it should sound like Bekwarra. `GET /health` · `POST /tts {"text": "...", "lang": "bkv"|"eng"}` → audio/wav
