The overarching vision is to design, validate, and disseminate **evidence-based frameworks** enabling African judiciaries to govern data responsibly, integrate AI ethically, and achieve measurable improvements in access to justice, transparency, and institutional integrity — consistent with the rule of law and African continental integration objectives (AU Agenda 2063, ECOWAS Digital Agenda).
