an application that calculates your birthday and year than displays your Ghana name /Akan name. # Akan names This Repository contains code for my akan name aplication. ##### By Mary Sinaida ## Description This is a Personal Project that i have created an aplication that submit your akan name also known as Ghana name. Akan names are names given to children in Ghana according to the day of the week they were born also known as the ("day names").This application is going to calculate and display using your gender and dates provided. ## Setup Instructions * git clone github.com on your terminal. * Navigate to the akan names folder through cd Documents/Desktop/moringa-akan-names-project. * Open the folder in your favourite editor,for vscode,is code . and for atom, atom . * Open the index.html in your browser ## Technologies Used * HTML * CSS * bootsrap * FontAwesome Icons * Google Fonts #BDD - You have to enter your birth details in the calendar format (mm/dd/yy). You will input your details by typing or by clicking on the provided calender. - Secondly ,you need to choose your gender either Male or Female field provided since your akan name will be outputed only when you have provided the gender and your valid dates so you need to understand that the gender section is important. -The submit button is the part where your input or your details have been feed to the application and then it display or output your Akan name and the day your were born in case you forget to choose the gender or the correct date aprompt message will appear to inform you to input the correct details. ## Contribution Incase of any issues with the site,please drop them at github.com . ### License Copyright (c) 2019 **marysinaida**
