How to build an installter
1. Download NSIS on your local windows machine (nsis.sourceforge.net)
2.Install NSIS software
3. Compile the openmrs-installer.nsi script by right clicking on openmrs-installer.nsi the compile Compile NSIS script
4. Try the installer
NB incase of errors debug by looking at the line where the error occurs.
