The platform enables citizens to easily discover ongoing and planned projects in their districts, follow progress over time, and provide direct public feedback to implementers. In many communities across Sierra Leone, citizens have limited visibility into how development funds are being spent. Projects are often announced but progress is rarely communicated. This lack of information leads to mistrust, reduced civic engagement, and missed opportunities for community input. DevTrack SL addresses this gap by providing: - A public, searchable registry of development projects - Real-time status updates from implementers - A two-way feedback mechanism between citizens and project implementers - Role-based dashboards for different stakeholders The platform aligns with **UN Sustainable Development Goal 16** (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions), specifically targets related to building effective, accountable, and inclusive institutions and ensuring public access to information.
