THE PROBLEM: THE "DIGITAL BLIND SPOT" Despite rapid urban growth in Nigeria, millions of citizens remain "digitally invisible." Existing satellite imagery is often outdated or low-resolution, making it impossible for telecommunications providers and government agencies like NITDA to accurately plan fiber optic routes or cell tower placements. This "Digital Blind Spot" creates a massive barrier to internet expansion, leaving entire communities excluded from the digital economy. 2. TARGET USERS  Telecommunications Companies: To identify precise "line-of-sight" paths for microwave and fiber deployment.  Government Agencies (NITDA/FMCIDE): To identify underserved regions requiring urgent digital intervention.  Urban Planners: To utilize real-time spatial data for organized community infrastructure development. 3.
