# Business Problem
The successful implementation of Kenya's Competency-Based Curriculum depends on adequate infrastructure, qualified teachers, learning resources, and institutional preparedness. However, disparities across counties make it difficult for education stakeholders to monitor readiness and allocate resources effectively.
Without centralized reporting and interactive analytics, identifying priority areas for intervention becomes challenging. This project addresses that challenge by transforming education data into Business Intelligence dashboards that support strategic planning and policy evaluation.
