kwara surveyor portal and Automated pillar appilction platform # Kwara State APPSN Pillar Application Platform This platform was developed for the **Association of Private Practicing Surveyors of Nigeria (APPSN), Kwara State Branch**, to streamline the process of applying for pillar numbers and managing quarterly quotas. ## 🏠 Homepage Visit the platform: appsnkwara.com The homepage provides a clean, responsive landing page that introduces APPSN Kwara, outlines the platform’s purpose, and guides users to sign in and begin the application process. ## ⚙️ Application Workflow - **Secure Login**: Only registered users (surveyors) can access the system using email and password. - **CSV Upload**: Users upload parcel data in CSV format. - **Automated Area Calculation**: Area is computed automatically from uploaded data. - **Pillar Type Selection**: Users choose between Regular (max 70 per quarter) and Special pillar numbers. - **Payment Receipts**: Upload of 3 receipts (SURCON and NIS) is required. - **WhatsApp Notifications**: Sent at key stages—submission, receipt upload, and approval. - **Auto Cleanup**: Unpaid applications are deleted after 7 days. ## 🔢 Pillar ID Generation Pillar numbers follow a sequential ID pattern (e.g., A0001 to Z9999), assigned globally across all applications. ## 🛡️ Admin Dashboard - **Super Admin**: Full system access. - **NIS & SURCON Admins**: Role-specific dashboards for payment approval and record management. ## 🧰 Tech Stack - **Next.js** (App Router) - **Supabase** (Auth & PostgreSQL) - **TailwindCSS / Shadcn UI** - **Node.js** - **PostGIS** - **WhatsApp API** (for messaging) --- For internal use by APPSN Kwara State.
