An IoT flood early warning system built for Kenya's flood-prone regions. Sensor nodes transmit soil saturation levels via MQTT over Wi-Fi. A cloud backend integrates weather forecasts, engineers temporal features, and runs a Random Forest model to classify flood risk as Low / Medium / High. High-risk predictions trigger impact-based SMS alerts.
