Data can be viewed through this Link # Project objective -Identify key public services -Check digitization status per service -Identify existence of national open data portal -Record frequency of dataset updates -Build digitization score dataset # Executive Summary # Insights -There are **42 hybrid public services (75%)** out of all 10 countries being the highest compared to **Active public services (1,78%) with 1** and **Not active public services (23,2%) with 13** -This intel a strong movement or transaction towards digitization as majority of countries public services are at 75% in Hybrid or partially digitalized -Certain countries provide strong data transparency as they update their datasets on a monthly basis which supports businesses and analysts # Recommendation -Government should prioritize digitizing basic services such as electricity and water supply as they impact life’s the most -Countries should aim for monthly updates which will improve economic planning, trust and data quality. -Invest in digital infrastructure such as internet access, government systems and data platforms, especially countries with ‘’not active’’ services # Tools Used -Google sheets # What this project shows -Skills in data capturing, collecting, cleaning, and structuring unstructured data for analysis -Providing clear, effective insights and support data-driven decision-making -Experience applying data analytics in a real-world NGO context
