A web-based machine learning platform that monitors, predicts, and manages infectious disease outbreaks across all 36 states and FCT of Nigeria. It collects weekly disease surveillance data, trains ML models on that data, generates outbreak probability predictions per state, and automatically raises alerts when risk crosses defined thresholds.
