## Local Setup
### Prerequisites
- Docker & Docker Compose
- Rust (1.70+)
- Node.js (18+)
- PostgreSQL client tools
### Quick Start
1. **Clone and configure**
```bash
cp .env.example .env
# Edit .env with your configuration
```
Ensure `BACKEND_PORT` and `STELLAR_NETWORK_PASSPHRASE` are set in `.env`.
2. **Start infrastructure**
```bash
docker-compose up -d
```
3. **Run database migrations**
```bash
cd backend
sqlx migrate run
```
4. **Start backend**
```bash
cd backend
cargo run
```
5. **Start frontend**
```bash
cd frontend
npm install
npm run dev
```
6. **Access services**
- Backend API:
localhost
- Frontend:
localhost
- PostgreSQL: localhost:5433
