Exploratory Data Analysis of Nigeria MDGs Information System (NMIS) education facility data. # EDA-NMIS-Education-Facility This project is an exploratory data analysis of Nigeria MDGs Information System (NMIS) education facility data.. ## Table of Contents * Installation * Project Motivation * File Description * Licensing, Authors, Acknowledgements ## Installation The code requires Python versions of 3.*, Jupyter Notebook web application, and general libraries available through the Anaconda package. ## Project Motivation Besides being my first Python EDA, this EDA gives an overview of the progress, state of Nigerian educational sector and the inbalances lurking in its decades of trying to reach standard. ## File Description The files `data-cleaning-exploration.py` and `data-cleaning-exploration.ipynb` are Python script and a Jupyter Notebook, they contain code for cleaning and exploration of the dataset. The `raw_data.csv` file is a comma delimated formatted file that contains the raw dataset used in the project. The file titled `data_description.txt` hightlights a brief description of attributes in the dataset. Finally, the visuals folder contains saved images of visualizations generated from the `data-cleaning-exploration.py` and `data-cleaning-exploration.ipynb` files. ## Licensing, Authors, Acknowledgements The dataset used for the exploration comes from EnergyData
