The dataset contains **284,484 rows** and **40 columns**, covering patient health records from various states.
It includes patient demographics, health status, disease type, and reported outcomes.

1. Disease trends over the years: What are the disease trends over the years?
2. Diseases ranked by reported cases: Which diseases are ranked highest by the number of reported cases?
3. Malaria deaths by state: In which states did the most people die from malaria?
4. Leading cause of death in children: What disease causes the most deaths among children?
5. Leading cause of death in adults: What disease causes the most deaths among adults?
6. Disease risk in urban settlements: What disease is a man most likely to die from in an urban settlement?
7. Meningitis demographics: What age group and gender are most affected by meningitis?
8. Ebola trend and progress: What is the current trend of Ebola across states in Nigeria, and have we been successful in tackling it?
9. Cholera outbreaks and causes: In which states are major cholera outbreaks occurring, and what are the underlying causes?

## How to Use
1. Download the dataset from the repository.
2. Run the SQL queries in `analysis_queries.sql` to extract insights.
3. Open `powerbi_report.pbix` in Power BI to view the interactive dashboards.
