A rent reconciliation and Property management webapp # Home Zen RMS --- **What is Homezen?** It is a property management and rent reconciliation system. It is targeted at landlords that want to keep track of their rental properties actively without having to have an agent intervene or having to physically visit the site as often. **What is available after phase one?** After completion of phase one which primarily contains the Landlord module of the application. What are the aspects available at this point: - **Authentication** - **Property and Unit Management** - **Tenant Onboarding** - **Billing & Invoicing** - **Payment recording** - **Payment reconciliation(with bank transactions)** - **Repairs tracking** **What are to come in phase two** With an end goal in mind we are working to have full reliable system with ease of access allowing you to manage your properties. We are working on several modules that will be coming in the next application major update. This entail: - **Messaging or broadcasting feature** - **Caretaker module** - **User Management** - **Landlord module improvement requests** --- ## Application workflow ### 1. Authentication Enter your login details as registered by the company. If forgotten the password use the reset password button and follow the instructions given. On successful login you will be redirected to the Landlord Dashboard. 1. **Menu** - Shows a collapsible sidebar showing the menu with important links for the landlord. 2. **Cards** - Show a summary of the landlords collected stats eg.: *Total Revenue, Number of Units* 3. **Reports** - Graph to show trends of total invoices paid and unpaid for every month 4. **Quick Actions** - A shortcut for functions that will constantly used by default but will be editable in the settings coming next phase. --- ### 2.
