## User Roles
Three roles, each with a dedicated portal and restricted access.

## Core Modules
### 1. Delivery Management
- Field Officers submit cattle deliveries with ear tag, weight, grade, and health status
- Grade is assigned automatically based on weight:
- Grade A: 400 kg and above
- Grade B: 250 kg to 399 kg
- Grade C: Below 250 kg
- Admin reviews each delivery and sets status to Approved or Rejected
- Delivery statuses: Submitted → Verified → Approved / Rejected → Paid
### 2. Payment Processing
- A payment record is created automatically when Admin approves a delivery
- Amount is calculated from grade and weight at the following rates:
- Grade A: P6.50 per kg
- Grade B: P5.00 per kg
- Grade C: P3.50 per kg
- Admin marks a delivery as Paid once the payment has been processed
- Payment statuses: Pending → Completed
