The study integrates longitudinal clinical, laboratory, malaria, and treatment data from multiple African countries to: - Harmonise heterogeneous REDCap datasets - Construct a unified multi-country registry - Perform descriptive and inferential analyses - Evaluate malaria burden and prophylaxis patterns - Support manuscript preparation and consortium reporting --- ## Participating Countries - Ghana - Mali - Nigeria - Tanzania - Uganda - Zimbabwe Each country dataset is cleaned and standardised before integration into a unified registry. ---
